Welcome to Vibedup. By accessing our website, apps, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use Vibedup. Continued use of the platform after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
02.Eligibility & Accounts
To use Vibedup, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old, or the age of majority required in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate, current information when creating your account.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
Tip
Turn on two-factor authentication from Settings → Security to add an extra layer of protection to your account.
03.Code of Conduct
Users must interact with the platform and each other respectfully. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Automated scraping or data mining of member profiles.
Harassment, hate speech, or defamatory content.
Attempting to bypass security or account protections.
Impersonating Vibedup staff or other members.
04.Intellectual Property
Vibedup's branding, design, and platform code are the property of Vibedup. Content you post remains yours — you grant us a license to host and display it as part of operating the service.
05.Limitation of Liability
Vibedup is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vibedup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
